Marselina has represented a great number of local and international clients. Marselina is seasoned in handling civil and criminal matters as well as bankruptcy and suspension of payment cases. Marselina is widely acknowledged for her litigation skills and is fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Before starting her career as a lawyer, Marselina worked for more than five years in a couple of well-known private banks in Indonesia and was in charge of investment, corporate and syndicate matters.
Marselina is a member of the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI). She is also a member of the Indonesian Receiver and Administrator (IKAPI) and was a lecturer and examiner for receiver certification held by the Department of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia and IKAPI.
