Marselina is a senior lawyer in the firm and has been practicing law for over 25 years.
Marselina has represented a significant number of clients both locally and internationally. She is an expert in handling civil and criminal as well as bankruptcy and suspension of payment cases. Marselina is highly respected for her litigation skills and is fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English. She is sharp, highly detailed, determined and always strives for the very best for clients.
Before starting her career as a lawyer, Marselina worked for more than five years in well-known private banks in Indonesia and was responsible for investment, corporate and syndicate matters.
Marselina is a member of the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI). She is also a member of the Indonesian Receiver and Administrator (IKAPI) and was a lecturer and examiner for receiver certification held by the Department of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia and IKAPI.
