Ridha is a young, talented lawyer with extensive experience in civil and criminal matters, as well as arbitration. His outstanding work, good personality, and attitude led him to the prestigious position of Deputy Managing Partner, where he supervises several lawyers.

He has dealt with many domestic and international clients. He is hardworking and disciplined, and he always seeks the best result in every case he handles. He is also highly skilled at identifying and analysing problems and providing alternative solutions.

Ridha is a member of the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI). He is also a member of the Indonesian Receiver and Administrator (IKAPI).
